decisions would be taken to provide land plots to the squatters and landless individuals in an efficient manner.While inaugurating the CPN
(Maoist Centre) website at the party's central office in Paris Danda on Monday, Prime Minister Dahal shared that the council of ministers
has decided to amend relevant laws to address the challenges faced by landless individuals and squatters.
"The act will be
amended to resolve the difficulties faced by squatters and those in unmanaged residences
The Forest Act of 2029 is hindering development," added the Prime Minister.Expressing his perspective, the PM noted that the cabinet meeting
on Sunday decided to amend these obstacles, which prioritized interests other than those of the people and developmental issues
Following the amendment to the Act, the process for development works and the distribution of land ownership certificates would be
expedited, according to PM Dahal.During the event, PM Dahal emphasized that the party could gain more popularity among the people through
the appropriate use of information technology
He mentioned that the government was making sincere efforts to work for the welfare of the people and the country.This includes resolving
issues faced by usury victims, positive interventions in social security, holding land brokers accountable, and prosecuting scammers
involved in fake Bhutanese refugee schemes.In a separate context, the PM stated that his government has worked earnestly to strengthen
