The Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation has warned of the possibility of relatively heavy rain, snowfall
and floods in 18 provinces of the country.The department said in a statement that bad weather is expected on Thursday, continuing through
Friday and Saturday.The following province can be affected: Farah, Nimroz, Badghis, Helmand, Kandahar, Zabul, Uruzgan, Daykundi, Ghor,
Faryab, Sar-e Pul, Bamyan, Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, Samangan, Balkh and Jawzjan.The amount of rainfall predicted ranges from 10 to 35 mm and
