COVID-19 resurfaces in Chitwan after ten months

The virus was detected in a 29-year-old youth and a 66-year-old man during lab tests conducted on Sunday and today, as
reported by Gopal Paudel, the information officer of Bharatpur Hospital.The man sought treatment for pneumonia at the hospital, where he has
been admitted, and treatment has commenced
Similarly, the 29-year-old is in home-based isolation. Gitanjali Dhakal, the Public Health Officer of the Health Office in
Chitwan, stated that the resurgence of the coronavirus infection in the district comes after a gap of 10 months
The last recorded case of coronavirus infection in the district was in March of the previous year.Meanwhile, the Health Office Chitwan has
urged everyone to exercise caution following the confirmation of coronavirus infection.The office advises people to maintain physical
distance, use masks, and regularly wash hands with soap and water to prevent coronavirus infection.
