single-lane Kabul-Jalalabad highway into a double carriageway in order to boost trade and transit.He said the Minister of Public Works is
set to present the plan to the IEA&s supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada for approval.Baradar also shared plans to decrease customs tariffs
on talc exports, which aims to support traders in Nangarhar.He highlighted the Islamic Emirate&s effective resolution of issues faced by
