Rugby coach arrested with narcotic pills and heroin

A 22-year-old who was in possession of 4,100 narcotic pills and 2 grams of heroin has been arrested in Ambatenna, Kandy.The arrestee was
identified as an external rugby coach of a school, according to the police.
