INSUBCONTINENT EXCLUSIVE:
A group of inmates detained at the Kandakadu Treatment and Rehabilitation Center have escaped following a clash that ensued last night
(Jan.24).According to the Commissioner General of Rehabilitation, at least 40 inmates have fled the facility amidst the altercation.This
incident comes on the heels of a clash that took place on January 12 between two groups of inmates detained at the rehab center, during
which at least 60 inmates had escaped
However, the escapees had later surrendered
Meanwhile, another 25 had sustained injuries following the heated situation on that day.
