a meeting with the PM&s deputy for administrative affairs, the envoy said that his country is ready to cooperate in the field of education
and to expand Asan Khedmat, a One-Stop Shop for public services of the Government of Afghanistan, according to a statement released by the
deputy PM&s office.He considered the reopening of the embassy of Azerbaijan in Kabul as a sign of his country&s goodwill to expand relations
between Kabul and Baku.While welcoming the reopening of the Azerbaijani embassy in Kabul, Hanafi said that both countries have a lot in
common in the religious, historical and cultural fields and that it is important to expand the relations between Afghanistan and
