The NSE Nifty index was trading 18 points
down at 11,302, while the BSE Sensex was down 66 points at 37,429 around 09:40 am.
In the Nifty index, 22 stocks were advancing, while 28
were declining.
Tech Mahindra, Bharti Airtel), NTPC, Dr
Reddy's Laboratories and Asian Paints were among the top gainers in the Nifty index.
On the other hand, BPCL, Indiabulls Housing Finance,
BPCL, HDFC and Vedanta were among the top losers in the Nifty pack of stocks.
