on Ukraine.Authorities in Moscow stated they revealed a definitive protest with the German ambassador over the production of the marine
command center in Rostock.Russias Foreign Ministry said that in Washington, Brussels and Berlin, they must recognize that the growth of NATO
military facilities in previous East Germany will have the most unfavorable consequences.Moscow alerted that the circumstance will not stay
without a matching response from the Russian side.Russias Foreign Ministry likewise said the brand-new center was a blatant breach of the
1990 German reunification treaty, which says that no foreign armed forces would be released in the area.The naval command center will be led
