TEHRAN On Tuesday, the Tehran Criminal Courts 11th Branch held the 26th trial session for 104 members of the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK)
terrorist organization.Presided over by Judge Amir Reza Dehghani, with consultants Morteza Tork and Amin Naseri, the session included the

Khosro Riyahi Nazari, who was tortured and disposed of in a semi-constructed building.A witness, Akbar Kabiri, who worked with the
Revolutionary Committee, applauded the Martyrs Taleb Taheri and Mirjalili.Kabiri further elaborated on MEKs precise planning, including
leased safe homes for their leadership.He discussed how two young committee members, Taheri and Mirjalili, were abducted by MEK and later
found tortured.During cross-examination, Kabiri recounted the interrogation of an MEK member Zandi, who revealed details that caused the
discovery of weapons and grenades in his home.Kabiri detailed how MEK operatives were trained and the rationale behind their harsh
tortures.He pointed out the terrorist organizations direct orders to extract information, leading to serious penalties for detainees,
particularly young committee members.Judge Dehghani highlighted the authenticity of the courts jurisdiction in terrorism cases, asserting
that the procedures abided by both nationwide and worldwide laws.Addressing the accuseds, consisting of the MEKs legal entity, Dehghani
reiterated the openness and legal stability of the court sessions, intending to provide justice.The hearing is arranged to continue in the
