Hamdullah Fitrat, the IEA&s deputy spokesperson, quoted Akhundzada as saying: &Amir al-Mu&minin added that the Islamic Emirate has
facilitated all necessary means for the advancement of knowledge.& The leader of the Islamic Emirate also urged the people to unite and
