Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) has revealed the launch of a solar power generation task in Dehdadi district of Balkh province, with a
financial investment of $28 million.Speaking at the inauguration event in Balkh, DABS officials stated that upon conclusion, the task which
is moneyed by the economic sector will offer electrical energy to 40,000 households and 1,200 manufacturing factories in the province.Abdul
Bari Omar, CEO of DABS, stated: : : With the launch of this project, thousands of households, factories, malls, religious sites, and
government workplaces will get reputable electricity, and numerous job opportunities will be produced for youths
: : Despite Afghanistan : : s capability to produce electricity, the nation still relies heavily on imported power.At the event,
economic sector representatives highlighted that if the federal government develops more favorable conditions for investors, financial
investment in domestic electrical energy production will increase
