scientists, and contributors to the intellectual and technological improvement of our nation, we securely promote the concept that access to
tranquil nuclear technology is an inalienable right of all countries under the structure of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear
Weapons (NPT), of which Iran is a longstanding signatory
