From the Sensex companies, Power Grid, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank, Sun Pharma, Infosys, Mahindra Mahindra, Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank
were the significant laggards.Tata Motors, Adani Ports, Tata Steel, Tech Mahindra and UltraTech Cement were the gainers.In Asian markets,
South Koreas Kospi, Japans Nikkei 225 index, Shanghais SSE Composite index and Hong Kongs Hang Seng were trading lower.US markets ended on a
combined note on Wednesday.Global oil criteria Brent crude dropped 2.10 per cent to USD 64.70 a barrel.Foreign Institutional Investors
