[Sri Lanka] - Kumana entryway of Yala National Park to open tomorrow for Kataragama trip season

The Kumana entryway, located on the eastern side of the Yala National Park is arranged to be opened tomorrow (20) in preparation for the
2025 Kataragama trip season.The expedition, in which individuals from the North and East travel by foot to the sacred Kataragama website, is
considered the longest trip in Sri Lanka.Devotees travel over 100 kilometers through numerous surfaces and wildlife-inhabited locations
between Kumana and Yala National Parks to reach Kataragama.The Kumana entrance will stay open for two weeks to help with the expedition from
Okanda through Yala to Kataragama, an authorities of the National Park said.Meanwhile, the historical Ruhunu Kataragama Maha Devalaya
Perahera Festival is scheduled to begin on June 26
Accordingly, devotees will travel for about 5 to six days through Kumana and Yala National Parks on this spiritual journey.
