Waaree Renewable Technologies Q1 Results: Net profit soars 205% to Rs 86 crore; revenue more than doubles

Waaree Renewable Technologies on Thursday reported a net profit of Rs 86.44 crore for the first quarter of fiscal 2026, reflecting a 205%
year-over-year (YoY) growth from a profit of Rs 28.30 crore reported in the year-ago quarter
The net profit is attributable to the shareholders of the company.The renewable energy company said its revenue from operations for the
first quarter ended June 2025 stood at Rs 603.18 crore, surging 155% YoY from Rs 236.35 crore reported in the previous corresponding quarter
of last year
On a sequential basis, revenue grew 25.6% from Rs 476.57 crore in the March 2025 quarter.The company's total expenses for the June 2025
quarter came in at Rs 491.44 crore, a 146% rise from Rs 199.84 crore spent in the June 2024 quarter.Shares of the company fell after the
earnings announcement to trade 0.8% lower at Rs 1193.60 on the BSE
The stock was trading 1.4% higher at Rs 1220.35 before the results were announced.Waaree Renewable's shares have dropped 15.5% in the last

Growth was led by the core EPC business, which had contributed Rs 469.72 crore, up 76% from the year-ago period, while revenue from power
