NEW DELHI: The Nifty Pharma index was trading 0.19 per cent up at 9,668.3 around 11:32 am on Monday with most of its components trading in
Shares of Biocon (up 2.47 per cent), Aurobindo Pharma (up 1.40 per cent), Cadila Healthcare (up 0.90 per cent) and Lupin (up 0.73 per
cent), were the top gainers in the index.
Piramal Enterprises (up 0.49 per cent), Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (up 0.22 per cent) and Divi's
Laboratories (up 0.03 per cent) too, were among top performers.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 16.80 points at 10,320.35 while BSE
Sensex was up 85.0 points at 34,400.63.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 24 were trading in the green, while 26 were in the red
Shares of YES Bank, Idea Cellular, ICICI Bank, SBI, Bank of Baroda, Ashok Leyland, RIL, LT Fin Holding and Vedanta were among the most
traded shares on the National Stock Exchange.
