In a filing to
the BSE, the fourth largest private bank said that efforts are underway by the promoter Rana Kapoor for mutual resolution with Madhu Kapur
family, the co-promoter of the bank.
This is intended to ensure better support and coordination by the two promoter groups with the board of
directors of the bank, the bank said.
The bank clarified that the recent resignations bear no impact on the new MD CEO selection
process.
The new MD CEO selection process is on track, as per committed timelines, it said.
