TEHRAN Seyyed Mahmoud Doaei, managing director of the Etelaat newspaper and former Iranian ambassador to Iraq, passed away late on Sunday at the age of 81 due to respiratory tract obstruction.
Doaei was Irans ambassador to Iraq from 1980 to 1981.
He headed Etelaat for 42 years.
