An Israeli airstrike targeted a multistory structure in the southern suburban area of Lebanons capital, Beirut, early on Tuesday, Al Mayadeen reported.A preliminary death toll reported by the Lebanese Ministry of Health revealed that four civilians were martyred and 4 others were hurt as a result of the strike.
