KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 4The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a chargesheet at the Special Court against 13 persons, including former vice-chairperson of Ganganath Rural Municipality, Rolpa, for their alleged involvement in corruption on the pretext of carrying out development activities during their tenure
