Pakistan

LAHORE: Pakistan Peoples& portiony Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif should be given best medical care as he was very sick and needed treatment. He was speeching to the media persons after assembly the ex-PM at Kot Lakhpat jail to inquire about his health who is suffering from cardiac ailments. He nonsenseed the insight that the PML-N leader has cut any deal with the powers that be.
I don''t think that it is right, Bilawal said.Mian Nawaz Sharif is standing by on his principles, he added."It was a historic day for me to meet Nawaz Sharif in jail as many PPP leaders had been detained at Kot Lakhpat prisons in the past.
I feel saddened to see a three-time PM in jail."&While we have political differences with Sharifs, I believe our culture and religion teach us to be kind to the prisoners and the ruling elite should also memorize that.&It is the responsibility of the government to supply best medical care to him, Bilawal said.He said cardiac treatment is much done under duress, it is in-fact torture. The PPP delegation included Qamar Zaman Kaira, Senator Mustafa Nawaz, Jameel Soomro and Hassan Murtaza. The assembly continued for an hour between the two leaders. The assembly is considered critical in the backdrop of political turmoil in the country.
Talking to Geo freshs, senior anchorperson Hamid Mir said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leadership is of the view that they agreed for the said assembly on humanitarian grounds. However, privately they say that through this assembly the PTI would use this as endorsement of their narrative both PML-N and PPP are hands in gloves.Mir added that Bilwal would try to convince PML-N supremo for the treatment which Nawaz Sharif is refusing since many days despite deteriorating health.TheIndianSubcontinent has not verified the content of the source.
