NEW DELHI: The Pakistani High Commission in fresh Delhi, India celebrated Pakistan Day with immense zeal and fervour, a video shared by DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor's personal account shows.Pakistan Day reception was held in fresh Delhi final night to mark the special day that has gone down in history as one of the groundbreaking events which laid the foundations of a separate homeland for Muslims in 1940.
