ISLAMABAD: Names of former finance minister Miftah Ismail, leader of opposition Hamza Shehbaz and his brother Salman Shehbaz and former chief of Pakistan Steel Mill Moin Aftab have been added to the Exit Control List (ECL) on Friday.As per sources, the government approved the addition of these names into the ECL upon the appeal of the national Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Earlier nowadays, eight NAB officials had raided the residence of Hamza Shehbaz to arrest him for having assets beyond means, but were unable to take him into custody upon resistance.
NAB had later issued a statement saying it was much essential for the anti-corruption body to inform the suspect prior to their arrest while adding that they possessed the warrants for Hamza arrest.TheIndianSubcontinent has not verified the content of the source.
