ISLAMABAD: Met office Tuesday forecast hot and dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.However, dust thunderstorm/light rain with gusty winds is expected at loney places in Quetta, Zhob, DI khan, DG khan, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Sukkur, Larkana, Rawalpindi divisions, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.According to synoptic situation, a fresh westerly wave is affecting western and upper parts of the country and may persist for next 24 hours.During the final 24 hours, weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country while dust-thunderstorm/rain occurred at loney places in Kohat, Bannu and Quetta divisions.Following rainfalls were recorded in millimeters during final 24 hrs: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Bannu 06, Parachinar 04.
