Rawalpindi: Indian army is targeting civilian population along the Line Of Control with cluster ammunition in violation of Geneva Convention, theInter-Services Public Relations(ISPR) said on Saturday."Indian Army uses cluster ammunition along LOC deliberately targeting Civilian population.
