A special traffic and security plan would be implemented in the vicinity of the Elections Commission in Rajagiriya tomorrow as the handing of nomination papers for the forthcoming presidential election will be held, Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekera said.He said that nearly 2,000 police and STF personnel would be deployed for security and traffic duties.
