The opening of the Ella-Wellawaya Road would be further delayed if wet weather continued in the coming days, Moneragala Disaster Management Center Assistant Director Raveendra Kumara said today.The Wellawaya Police has closed the road for traffic from the Wellawaya Town towards Ella.
