In remembrance of the 100th born day of the well known Engineer A.N.S.Kulasinghe, an ‘Activity Centre& constructed by the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau and Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd was opened by the President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday.
This has been established in the premises of the Planetarium.
