President Gotabaya Rajapaksa yesterday emphasized the need for making changes to the country education system in order to achieve rapid economic development.The President was speaking during a meeting with officials of the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka (UGC) and University Vice Chancellors (VCs) held at the President Office yesterday.
