MUMBAI: The public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures by ECL Finance (ECLF), NBFC arm of Edelweiss Group, was fully subscribed across categories.The issue successfully mobilised over Rs 1,000 crore, making it one of only in last quarter to have even green shoe option fully subscribed.
The issue has seen keen interest from retail investors with retail bucket being oversubscribed by 1.78 times with total collection of Rs 500 crore against bucket size of Rs 300 crore.
