NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 94.86 points down at 35,781.36 on Friday on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of Jetking Info (up 20 per cent) , Axita Cotton (up 19.73 per cent) , Ambition Mica (up 17.16 per cent) , Salona Cotspin (up 16.80 per cent) , Niraj Cement (up 16.62 per cent) , Unishire Urban Infra (up 16.37 per cent) , Artson Engineering (up 15.62 per cent), Polymech Machines (up 14.99 per cent) , Bharat Dynamics (up 14.74 per cent) and Upasana Finance (up 14.27 per cent) were among the top performers.Infibeam Avenues (up 8.04 per cent) and Think Ink Studio (up 7.53 per cent) too were trading 7-8 per cent higher at around the same time.
The Nifty 50 index was trading 38.90 points down at 10,707.15.
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 16 shares were trading in the green, while 34 were in the red.
