NEW DELHI: Most realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Friday's morning session.Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate (down 2.27 per cent), Godrej Properties (down 1.15 per cent), Phoenix Mills (down 0.92 per cent) and Sunteck Realty (down 0.70 per cent) were trading with losses.Sobha (up 1.07 per cent), DLF (up 0.86 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (up 0.32 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.17 per cent) were trading higher.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.34 per cent down at 264.80 around 10:26 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 49.05 points at 11,690.85 while the BSE Sensex was up 130.37 points at 38,861.23.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 34 were trading in the green, while 16 were in the red.
Shares of Tata Steel, YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, SAIL, Tata Motors, Axis Bank, DLF, Ashok Leyland, Vedanta and JSW Steel were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
