NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Thursday's morning session.Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate (up 5.10 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (up 2.28 per cent), Oberoi Realty (up 0.73 per cent) and Godrej Properties (up 0.22 per cent) were trading higher.Sunteck Realty (down 2.02 per cent), Phoenix Mills (down 1.34 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.29 per cent) and Sobha (down 0.52 per cent) were trading in the red.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.24 per cent up at 250.95 around 10:28 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 29.30 points at 11,330.15 while the BSE Sensex was down 96.86 points at 37,692.27.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 20 were trading in the green, while 30 were in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, Suzlon Energy, ZEEL, DHFL, RIL, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Dish TV India and ICICI Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
