NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 156.36 points up at 39,126.16 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.Shares of Rasandik Engineering (up 19.41 per cent), Narayani Steels (up 19.32 per cent), Manaksia Aluminium Company (up 19.03 per cent), Niraj Cement (up 17.76 per cent), BLB (up 17.06 per cent), Shalimar Wires (up 17.03 per cent), Anjani Synthetics (up 14.34 per cent), Indbank Merchant Banking (up 13.52 per cent) , Timken India (up 11.84 per cent) and Porwal Auto Components (up 10.93 per cent) were among the top performers.The Nifty 50 index was trading 35.05 points up at 11,744.15.
Among the 50 components in the Nifty index, 30 shares were trading in the green, while 20 were in the red.
