NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading in the positive zone in Thursday's morning session.Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate (up 4.29 per cent), DLF (up 1.59 per cent), Godrej Properties (up 1.34 per cent) and Sobha (up 0.91 per cent) were the top performers in the index.
Phoenix Mills (up 0.70 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (up 0.56 per cent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers (up 0.23 per cent) and Oberoi Realty (up 0.12 per cent) too were trading in the green.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 1.26 per cent up at 273.65 around 10:19 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 26.45 points at 11,717.90 while the BSE Sensex was up 86.68 points at 39,199.42.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 32 were trading in the green, while 17 were in the red.
