NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading in the negative zone in Friday's morning session.Shares of Sobha (down 6.98 per cent), Godrej Properties (down 1.89 per cent), Sunteck Realty (down 1.20 per cent) and DLF (down 0.99 per cent) were trading lower.
Phoenix Mills (down 0.34 per cent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers (down 0.10 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects (down 0.06 per cent) too were trading with losses.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.38 per cent down at 274.40 around 10:24 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 43.65 points at 11,788.10 while the BSE Sensex was down 192.86 points at 39,408.77.
