NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading in the negative zone in Monday's morning session.Shares of Sunteck Realty (down 2.65 per cent), Oberoi Realty (down 2.29 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.26 per cent) were trading lower.DLF (down 0.48 per cent), Phoenix Mills (down 0.39 per cent) and Godrej Properties (down 0.04 per cent) too were trading with losses.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.57 per cent down at 272.60 around 10:59 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 19.45 points at 11,704.65 while the BSE Sensex was down 60.97 points at 39,133.52.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 20 were trading in the green, while 29 were in the red.
