NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Tuesday's morning session.Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate (up 4.52 per cent) , DLF (up 2.75 per cent) , Phoenix Mills (up 0.87 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.71 per cent) were trading with gains.
Oberoi Realty (down 4.82 per cent) , Sunteck Realty (down 3.12 per cent) , Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.66 per cent) and Mahindra Lifespace Developers (down 0.28 per cent) were trading lower.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.04 per cent up at 262.90 around 10:20 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 17.05 points at 11,644.80 while the BSE Sensex was down 131.74 points at 39,166.64.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 38 were trading in the green, while 12 were in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, BHEL, Vodafone Idea, Tata Motors, SAIL, ZEEL, Ashok Leyland, NBCC and SBI were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
