NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Wednesday's morning session.Shares of Prestige Estates Projects (up 3.55 per cent) , Mahindra Lifespace Developers (up 1.57 per cent) , Sobha (up 1.45 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.80 per cent) were trading higher.While DLF (down 2.14 per cent) , Phoenix Mills (down 1.33 per cent) , Godrej Properties (down 1.08 per cent) and Indiabulls Real Estate (down 0.51 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.56 per cent down at 276.55 around 10:11AM .
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 52.70 points at 12090.4 , while the BSE Sensex was up 164.45 points at 40985.75 .
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 43 were trading in the green, while 7 were in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, Zee Ent., ICICI Bank, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Motherson Sumi, L-T Fin Holding and Biocon were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
