NEW DELHI: Small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) stock Ice Make Refrigeration will migrate to mainboard platform from NSEs Emerge, following the approval from the company board of directors.
The board has also appointed the scrutiniser for conducting the postal ballot and e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner, the company said.On Monday, shares of Ice Make traded flat at Rs 46.50 on NSE Emerge.
This was also the 52-week low for the stock.
The scrip has hit a 52-week high of Rs 89.75 on the exchange.The company offers customised cooling solutions to a diverse set of clients across industries.
It manufactures and supplies 50-odd refrigeration products and equipment.Overall, 19 companies from the NSE Emerge platform have migrated to the mainboard.
Calendar 2020 has already seen five stock migrations, including Panache Digilife, MMP Industries, Vaishali Pharma, DP Wires and Touchwood Entertainment.The board decision will be subject to necessary approvals including the approval of members of the company by way of postal ballot, the company said.
