Pune: Larsen Toubro Infotech reported a net profit of Rs 361.2 crore for the quarter ended June, up 24.8 per cent sequentially and 35.2 per cent over the corresponding quarter last year.Revenue for the period were at Rs 2,155.7 crore, up 7.7 per cent QoQ and 29 per cent YoY.
In US dollar terms, revenue was $319.9 million, up 3.5 per cent QoQ and 23.4 per cent YoY.
In constant currency terms, revenue was up 5.1 per cent QoQ and 22.9 per cent YoY.Sanjay Jalona, CEO, LTI said, While there is continued growth momentum across sectors, we saw double digit growth in BFS and high-tech media in this quarter.
Our focus on leveraging digital technologies to solve the challenges of physical and digital convergence is resonating with our clients and has laid the foundation for a multi-year growth trajectory.
Digital is now 34 per cent of our revenues.
This is a growth of 43 per cent over the past year.The company announced a large deal with a global Fortune 100 consumer and pharmaceutical giant with a net-new TCV win in excess of $ 50 million.
