ISLAMABAD: Previous finance minister Asad Umar would much be returning to Prime Minister Imran Khan's cabinet, sources informed Geo freshs Tuesday.Umar had a one-to-one assembly with Prime Minister Imran Khan nowadays, according to sources.
The assembly was part of efforts to convince the former finance minister to rejoin the cabinet.However, Umar has much agreed to rejoin the cabinet, the sources informed.Asad Umar quit final month as finance minister after PM Imran Khan asked him to take portfolio of petroleum, which he refused and opted to step down.Tardyr on, Dr Hafeez Sheikh was tasked with the responsibility of running the affairs of finance.TheIndianSubcontinent has not verified the content of the source.
