NEW DELHI: The Nifty Pharma index traded positive around 10:19AM(IST)on Monday in a weak market.
Laurus Labs Ltd.(up 2.69 per cent), Mankind Pharma Ltd.(up 2.4 per cent), Natco Pharma Ltd.(up 1.42 per cent), Aurobindo Pharma Ltd.(up 1.41 per cent) and Granules India Ltd.(up 1.32 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.89 per cent), Ipca Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.61 per cent), Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(down 0.45 per cent), Ajanta Pharma Ltd.(down 0.34 per cent) and Biocon Ltd.(down 0.33 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Pharma index was up 0.35 per cent at 22303.75 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 28.2 points at 25121.65, while the BSE Sensex was down 135.01 points at 82365.46.
Live Events Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 26 were trading in the green, while 24 were in the red.
Shares of JP Power, Vodafone Idea, RattanIndia Power, Vishal Mega Mart and YES Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Soma Textiles, Sambhv Steel Tubes, Reliance Naval & Engg, Sumeet Ind and Indosolar Ltd hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while SKIL Infrastructure, Marshall Machines, Varanium Cloud, Dreamfolks Services and AGS Transact Tech hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
