US says IEA is not ally in fight against Daesh

The United States Department of Defense said on Thursday that Washington does not consider the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) to be an ally or partner in the fight against Daesh.Pentagon deputy spokesperson Sabrina Singh told a press conference that the US works with &like-minded partners and allies& when it comes to ensuring the defeat of Daesh.The US has a global coalition to defeat ISIS.
The Taliban (IEA) is not part of that.
