Tata Motors Sales March 2021: Tata Motors registered 593 per cent growth in domestic salesTata Motorsreported its monthly auto sales on Thursday, April 1, and posted total domestic sales of66,609 units in March 2021, compared to11,012 units in the corresponding month last year.
The carmaker reported a growth of 505 per cent in domestic sales last month.
Tata Motors registered total domestic sales of36,955 units in March 2021, compared to5,336 units in the corresponding month last year.
The companyregistered a 593 per cent growth year-on-year in domestic sales.
According to a statement issued by the company, the total passenger vehicle sales increasedto 29,654 units in March 2021, compared with 5,676 units in the corresponding month last year.Total sales of commercial vehicles (CV) last month stood at40,609 units, compared to7,123 units in the same month last year.
Commercial vehicles registered a 470 per cent growth year-on-year.1,880 units of passenger carriers were sold last month, compared to1,637 units in the corresponding month last year, showing a 15 per cent growth year-on-year.On Thursday, Tata Motors settled 1.90 per cent higher at Rs 307.60 on the BSE.
