Panwar arrived home in a state of intoxication and the pet dog persistently barked at him, the officer said
Provoked by this, he entered the house in a state of fury and grabbed a sword to kill the dog
Wife Gangabai (40) tried to stop him, but he attacked her with the sword
Their daughter Neha (17) and son Yogendra (14) tried to intervene and their father turned on them too
Panwar attacked his younger sons Bulbul and Devendra as well, but they managed to flee
Subsequently, the man slit his throat.
