programs with ADB funding including the hydropower plant in Moragolla were taken up for discussion.In addition, the renewable energy
programs to be restructured, regional power cooperation, new finance schemes and grants for rooftop solar panels for small- and medium-sized
officials of the ministry, Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), and ADB.
