While advising his name, the Collegium has actually thought about the truth that the Punjab and Haryana HC which is one of the largest High Courts with a sanctioned strength of eighty 5 judges is not sufficiently represented on the Bench of the Supreme Court, it said.Justice Bindals moms and dad HC is Punjab and Haryana and Justice Kumars is Karnataka.
