RAJKOT: The young businesswoman in Morbi, who had allegedly forced her former sales manager to lick her shoes last week, was arrested along with her brother and a business partner after they surrendered on Monday.Vibhuti Sitapara alias Raniba (26), her brother Om (21), and business partner Raj Padshal (23), were among six people booked following a complaint lodged by her former employee Nilesh Dalsaniya.On November 22, they had lashed him with a belt and allegedly forced him to lick her footwear for demanding his pending salary of 18 days.The trio surrendered after their anticipatory bail applications were rejected by a local court.On Sunday, the police arrested DD Rabari alias Mayur Kalotra on Sunday while the fifth accused Parikshit is yet to be arrested.
Dalsaniya was fired from the job last month over some performance issues.
On November 22 evening, he approached Patel to ask for the pending salary of 18 days.
He was accompanied by his elder brother Mehul and friend Bhavesh Makwana.He told police that Rabari and Raj Patel slapped them and five people including Vibhuti took him to the companys terrace where he was lashed with a belt.
